International Peer Career Advisor (PCA)-The Career & Professional Development Center is seeking students for an exciting leadership position with our office! Gain professional and leadership experience while assisting fellow students and engaging with employers recruiting Penn State students. International Peer Career Advisors assist fellow students with career information, resources and referrals, including but not limited to marketing programs and resources, critiquing resumes and cover letters, assisting with special events such as career fairs and professional development workshops, advise students on online tools and resources such as the Nittany Lion Career Network, and participate in weekly staff meetings and other duties as assigned. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication, presentation, writing, and technical skills. Must be creative and have an ability to employ multiple forms of marketing strategies, including social media. A strong customer service orientation is required. Must be a current International Penn State Student.
