Description

The research laboratory of Dr. Shaun Mahony, in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, seeks undergraduate student applicants for a 2019 Summer semester Web Application Developer position. The successful applicant will assist in the development of a new web-based data management platform for the analysis of massive collections of regulatory genomics DNA-sequencing datasets. This part-time position is for up to 40 hours a week for 12 weeks. Expertise with web application development in Java/Groovy/GRAILS, or building web user interfaces with JavaScript, is required. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position has been filled.
