Annual Giving Specialist (Lion Line Coordinator)

Primary role is assisting in daily management and operation of 60 station automated calling center (Lion Line). Responsible for providing direction in the operational activities of Lion Line. Additional duties include supervising student callers; office manager of Lion Line calling center during daytime hours; managing evening and weekend calling sessions. Assist in the coordination of office services, which may include budget preparation and control, report preparation, records control, and related special projects. Oversee the supervision of assigned staff. This job will be filled as a level 1, or level 2, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher , or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 1. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. Experience with RuffaloCody Campus Call software preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and database management required. The successful candidate must possess exemplary interpersonal skills and demonstrate a genuine appreciation in working with diverse audiences. Evening and weekend work will be required in this job. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
