Description

Penn State Abington is seeking applicants for positions for the Kids and Teen College summer camp program. Responsibilities include: assisting camp instructors with daily tasks; setting up and organizing camp materials; guiding and assisting campers with projects; being attentive to campers for their needs and safety; escorting campers while on campus. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, work well with children and teens, and have strong customer service skills. Summer Camp Counselors must be available during the entire eight weeks of camp from June 24 through August 16, 2019 and must successfully complete mandatory training and background clearances. Camp work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Multiple vacancies are available. Preference will be given to Penn State Abington students.
