Description

Penn State Mechanical Engineering is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant Level 3. This position will be responsible for the financial administrative support of up to 15 faculty members, their research assistants, post docs, graduate students, and undergraduate students which includes but is not limited to coordinating domestic and international travel reports, p-card reconciliation, purchasing, monitoring faculty budget activity while preparing, reviewing, processing, and verifying financial documents. This position will assist with tracking acquired research funds, status reporting, and reconciling of all transactions associated with said funds. Assistance with preliminary arrangements for part-time and grad appointments, as well as off boarding initiation. Other administrative duties as needed. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
