Description

The 4HOnline CRM Administrator is responsible for configuration, administration, security, maintenance, record management, data quality, analytics, training, and adoption of 4HOnline, the CRM tool for Pennsylvania 4-H. The position is responsible for ensuring implementations and usage align with strategic goals and best practices defined by the University, College of Ag Sciences, and Penn State Extension, while also ensuring they meet the defined program and business goals of 4-H. Responsibilities include administration and support of users, including data related issues, record management, data validity, reports, dashboards, workflow, business processes, customer accounts, integrated information, campaign management, and program planning within the 4HOnline platform. Program planning includes overseeing delegated users through development, implementation, and strategic delivery of assigned programs, the operation and content development of the online registration process, and ongoing management of the registrants. Also responsible for championing adoption of 4HOnline users and connected tools by engaging, training, and communicating with stakeholders and customers. This requires the translation of business and technical processes into clear, concise information to audiences in varying levels of technical knowledge, which is delivered via on-site or virtual trainings or through written documentation and correspondence. This also includes creating knowledge articles to enhance self-service support for users, screen-capture video presentations via webinar or recorded video, and graphical representations of data. Responsibilities also include data management, validation, back-up, archiving, cleansing, and analysis for 4HOnline through Microsoft Excel and provided data management tools to improve data integrity. Also includes using customer and business data to create, distribute, and manage robust analytics while translating results into clear, concise information delivered to stakeholders. This position also assists with the 4-H Articulate training modules delivered through 4HOnline; responsibilities include uploading, managing, ensuring deliverability, troubleshooting, etc. Also includes support and administration of event management, fair entry data, and volunteer data management requirements. In addition, this position will also provide 4-H related support for related systems, including FairEntry program and Salesforce.com. As new initiatives arise, participate in assessing data quality impact of these initiatives on existing CRM and business data, processes, and systems by participating in developing plans, scheduling, testing, and requirements gathering for deployment while collaborating with stakeholders and other system administrators to enhance the user experience. This position will be part of the college CRM team, and as needed will escalate complex support cases, business process requirements, and development needs to senior leadership and project staff. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires proficiency with data management best practices for a CRM system and must demonstrate proven experience with training and adoption of enterprise-level user-based systems. This position requires a high level of self-direction, personal accountability, ability to work in a deadline focused environment, passion for people and customer support, and ability to consistently produce deliverables within agreed upon timelines. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
