The Office of Auxiliary and Business Services is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills and customer service skills to provide day-to-day administrative support to all areas that fall under the umbrella of the Department of Auxiliary and Business Services; namely, Housing Services, Mail Services, Leased Property Management, Contract Administration, COM Fleet Services, University Fitness Center, University Conference Center, and Room Management. These duties include, but are not limited to: perform confidential administrative duties, maintain updates to and reports from leasing database, serve as property management representative for assigned leased properties, process work orders for maintenance in owned and/or leased facilities, and maintain necessary records on each leased property as required, i.e. Certificate of Insurance. Assist and/or produce graphs and charts as required. Direct, review, screen and process all mail and telephone communications, schedule appointments, prepare itineraries, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare all ERS, IBIS and Workday documents for processing. Candidates for consideration must be highly self-motivated and exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, accomplished organizational skills and conscientious attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities/deadlines. A strong customer service ethic is required, as the successful candidate will deal with a wide variety of users from all over the University and from external parties. Demonstrated high quality and thoroughness of work is critical. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
