Description

Software Engineering has an exciting opportunity available. Come help us develop, design, and support future Penn State systems as a full stack software engineer. The technical skills we’re seeking include: ASP.NET development using MVC/Core, Web Forms, and c#; JavaScript, Java, and .NET Frameworks; containerization using Docker and Kubernetes; AWS and Azure cloud technologies; SQL and NoSQL databases; GIT, Unit Testing and CICD; and ETL tools (SSIS). Great communications skills and the ability to capture customer requirements and deliver projects on time that meet their expectations are also necessary. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed term appointment funded for one year from date of hire.
