Description

The Division of General Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time Research Project Manager for a multi-center trial funded by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). This position will report directly to the study’s Core Project Manager, and will serve as the Penn State Hershey Site Project Manager. Oversee recruitment and participant assessment and tracking efforts, including data management and data integrity. This position will serve as the IRB lead - managing and preparing protocol changes, modifications, and submissions. Work with study monitors and resolve data issues. Assist with data analysis and manuscript preparation. Work with Core Project Manager to track Penn State Hershey study budget. Hire and train all Research Coordinator staff. Manage 2 Human Research Technologists (Research Coordinators). Manage Redcap database and make changes. Maintain study files. Participate in update conference calls with Project Managers at other sites. Purchase office and study supplies. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with the possibility of refunding
