Description

The Autonomy, Perception, and Cognition Department of the Applied Research Laboratory is seeking highly motivated and talented undergraduate or graduate students to conduct research on synchronized autonomous multi-platform system control and bio-electrical spectral studies for biological systems. This position will be responsible for developing cognitive algorithms for the control and integration of various platforms including UAVs and UGVs. This research will also include a spectral survey to determine the feasibility of EMF heat transfer using directed energy for cellular hydration stability during critical temperature events. The successful candidate will work up to 20 hours/week during the fall and spring semesters and 40 hours/week over the summer. You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation. Employment with the Applied Research Laboratory will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
