Primary responsibilities include researching and accurately coding records in alumni/donor database; verifying and validating information, researching errors and anomalies in data, assisting in updating biographical information, and responding to a variety of inquiries from donors and alumni. Manage, coordinate, document and report alumni/donor feedback and correspondence. Support the Recurring Credit Card Giving Program; including handling donor inquires, updates and changes; manage donor communications; and coordinate with gift recording teams for central development, WPSU and THON. Support staff with basic data inquiries and standard reports. Assist with annual tax acknowledgments and special projects as requested. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ACS Advance, Lotus Notes, e-Steward, e-Document Distribution Service, data warehouse, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access), and a financial or business information mainframe (IBIS) knowledge preferred. Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at one time. The successful candidate must demonstrate proven experience with data accuracy, demonstrate consistent attention to detail, possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently within a team environment, foster teamwork, and cooperatively manage work flows in conjunction with other unit staff. The successful candidate must possess a genuine appreciation in working with diverse audiences.
