Description

The College of Health and Human Development seeks qualified individuals to provide IT support to faculty, staff, and students. This position will provide support in a mixed operating system environment (80% Windows, 20% Macintosh). Identifying and resolving hardware, software, network and printing problems will be primary functions of this position. Other duties will include imaging of PCs, hardware deployments, and salvaging old equipment. Must have knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 as well as excellent customer service skills. Experience with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP networks, Active Directory, BigFix, and JAMF are a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are necessary, as is the ability to work well both independently and with a team. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid PA driver’s license is required. This is a part-time position and will typically work approximately 24 hours per week.
