Description

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills to provide administrative support for the Recruitment Team within Undergraduate Admissions. Independent project management and attention to detail will be a crucial component of this role. This position will work most closely with our team of out-of-state recruiters and regional recruiters, supporting their efforts to schedule fairs or visits and host events. This position is responsible for accurately maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with college fair and high school visit details for all of the recruiters in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for coordinating payments and purchase orders to participate in or host events throughout the country to recruit students. Additional support of a robust alumni volunteer program, as well as other Recruitment Team and Admissions office-related functions, will be required. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires an eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities/deadlines. Demonstrated high level of customer service in high volume environment is essential. Experience with a financial or business information mainframe (IBIS), an automated budget management tool (FIT), employee reimbursement system (ERS), preferred, but not required. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial.
