Description

Process bi-weekly payroll for more than 150 hourly employees. Type and process various financial documents, reports, etc. for all department accounts payable, and perform reconciliation procedures. Post details of business transactions, such as allotments, disbursements, deductions from payrolls, pay and expense vouchers, remittances paid and due, checks and claims. Create and schedule digital signage for the department using Four Winds Interactive software. Monitor and make regular posts to department social media accounts. Operate ID system and card access system. Compute and record interest charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, etc. Process sales and revenue reports. Food Invoicing, FOODPRO data input, maintain Standing Orders for Food, Catering Reservations, Catering Billing and ID+ program. Monitor and process housing requests and contract submissions, process housing assignments, cancellations, changes, etc. Provide information and advice to students, parents, employees, and visitors on University policies and procedures concerning admission, tuition, registration, and financial aid. Analyze and review students’ accounts with them and/or their parents concerning charges, balances, holds, and financial aid. Collect payments for tuition, room and board, and various other fees; record on computer, credit student accounts, and issue receipts. Balance recordings and cash drawer daily. Support other staff assistants with their direct duties. Train and provide direction to office staff. This job will work Monday through Friday with various hours. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
