Maintain data in Food Pro. Includes invoice entry, input service records, input inventory counts. Running of reports with Food Pro include Inventory Analysis, Location Cost Summary and other related reports. Knowledge of Inventory Maintenance, Transfer Maintenance, Recipe Maintenance, and other Food Pro activities. Assistant with Payroll tracking, reporting, verification, and submission for management approvals in Workday. Utilize WorkLion for job inquires and completion of forms. Maintain the safe. Duties include counting and balancing of the safe, anticipate the change needs in advance and order money bags accordingly, handle temporary employee meal funds, account for any cash sales and drop money bags. Track financials for all areas within the West Food District utilizing current computer systems. Track patron counts at all areas and maintain records. Miscellaneous office duties including preparing ERS reports for management, copying, typing memos, creating signs, preparing and printing of new product labels, preparation of Shift Change notices, prepare General Stores order for supplies, and other tasks asked by the West Food District employees and managers. Prepare, edit and revise closedown schedules for tech service, wage, temporary employees and customer service representatives. Prepare recall schedules and letters. Handle the required paperwork for March Preference and Leave of Absences. Receptionist duties including receiving visitors and provide information or refer. Answer phones and direct incoming calls. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain office files. Files include confidential employee files, data base files, and operational files. This position may require some weekends and later hours based on operational needs. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an 83.3% full-time equivalency (FTE) job.
