Description

The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg, School of Science, Engineering and Technology, invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technology, with a 2018 Fall Semester starting date. The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses and laboratories, participate in ABET accreditation processes, and advise students. Faculty are expected to engage in research and scholarly activities, and service to the University, College and professional societies. A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in mixed signal high-speed systems including electrical and optical I/O interfaces, industrial electronics, and/or embedded systems. The College offers ABET-accredited BS degree programs in CE, EE, EET, ME, MET, and SDCET, in addition to several graduate degree programs.
