Description

The IT Desktop/Service Desk Support Specialist is responsible for student and staff desktop and software support for the University Libraries at all locations. Assign and respond to service requests and incidents and effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve routine and difficult issues with computer systems (Windows and Mac), peripheral equipment, networking, system access, and printing. Diagnose and resolve day to day operations issues. Install hardware, peripherals and software. Prepare desktop systems, printers, monitors, etc. for recycling and salvage. This Position is part-time (20 hours/week) Monday-Friday from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
