We are seeking a full-time Education Program Associate to assist with program coordination, technical assistance, and related services in the field of education and faculty and professional development. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in program or project management and event planning. The ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, general computer skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and organization are critical for success. We value candidates who are forward-thinking, open-minded and flexible. Assist in coordinating educational program offerings, including processing all course/program registrations, coordinating schedules and needs for involved faculty/presenters, preparing materials for program offerings, etc. Serve as primary contact for marketing; oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertising, etc. for all educational program offerings. Provide routine program logistics/maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs. Solicit and evaluate feedback on the effectiveness of programs and activities. Format documents and text for website and advertisements. Assist in delivering training, programs, courses, etc. Compile and organize information from different sources to develop agendas, meeting materials, and reports. Arrange meetings, coordinate special events, conferences, and other functions. Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of moderately complex projects: creating promotional materials for distribution to faculty advertising workshops and events; managing website content; booking rooms and managing other logistics as needed for meetings, workshops, and events; managing registrations for workshops and events; preparing materials and supplies for meetings, workshops, and events; managing, tracking, and preparing reports on attendance; managing, tracking, and preparing reports using evaluation data; assisting with program evaluation for faculty and student programs; emailing participants with CME information and follow-up; assisting with scheduling for Woodward Center faculty meetings and events; attending Woodward Center meetings and compile minutes/notes; attending or checking-in at workshops and events and providing support as needed; managing enrollment for resources needed to support teaching and learning; managing logistics and providing administrative support for Students as Educators course and Integrated Science Sessions; providing administrative support for Residents as Educators and Hippocrates Programs; assisting with planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple concurrent projects and programs; managing budget for Woodward Center including grants given by the Center; handling travel and conference registration for faculty within the Woodward Center and travel arrangements for guest speakers or visiting scholars. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
