The College of Engineering Finance Office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Coordinator to assist with budgetary and systems access administration. This position will act as the Access and Security Representative (ASR), responsible for monitoring systems access for all users across the College. Duties also include performing periodic audits of user access, updating and auditing approval paths in IBIS, Workflow, as well as reviewing and updating WorkLion/Workday roles as necessary. Also responsible for verifying delegated authority roles in WebRAT are in accordance with University policy. This position will also act as the primary investigator for the University’s internal CaseWare Monitoring system; working with academic departments to provide adequate justification and providing summary of conclusions to the Finance Officer, ensuring compliance with University policies. Other duties to include supporting financial operations of assigned units within the Dean’s Office, providing backup support for discretionary and cost-share commitment tracking, overseeing website updates, acting as the primary records retention liaison, and preparing quarterly unemployment charge allocations. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of IBIS, iTwo, Excel, FIT, and Data Warehouse as well as completion of ACES is preferred. Successful candidate must possess strong organization and communication skills. Other essential skills include strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and ability to work independently as well as with a team. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
