Description

Outreach Information Technology (OIT) is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with client technology support of their staff with desktops, laptops, tablets, I3 phones, and printers. The successful candidate will assist with purchasing and inventory management of Outreach client technology. The position will also be responsible for performing ticket work from the Desktop team’s queue. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the Service Now ticketing system and a foundational knowledge of ITIL is a plus. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting computer, tablet, and printer issues is essential. Must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines, be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
