Description

UHS Pharmacy is currently hiring a full time Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Customer Service Support). This individual will work 40 hours per week occasional Saturdays throughout the academic year. Responsibilities include: intake and sale of prescriptions, processing charges for prescriptions and OTC merchandise, collecting payments and providing receipts, checking the status of student accounts and collecting personal information, counting and recording all cash/charge records and files, answering calls, greeting and providing appropriate information and exceptional customer service. Following all state and federal laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy including HIPAA, following all established operating procedures. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have pharmacy experience.
