Description

This position will be responsible for supporting an assigned number of Physics faculty members with all of their financial activities and some travel arrangements. Maintain and monitor departmental/grant accounts and related expenditures. Process financial forms using ERS, IBIS, Workday and eBuy. Process billing for shops and other fee based systems. Monitor and organize purchasing card procedures and expenditures. Knowledge of data management software essential, along with outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and a proven record of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced, high volume environment. Must be team oriented. Familiarity with Penn State financial tools and systems preferred. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
