The College of Nursing seeks dynamic candidates who are either a Nurse Practitioner and/or have experience in Nursing Leadership for a faculty appointment to teach academic courses associated with the College’s master’s programs and Doctor of Nursing Practice program beginning fall 2018. The positions are located at the University Park, PA or the Hershey Medical Center campus in Hershey, PA. If a Nurse Practitioner, national certification as a Family or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and PA State license as a CRNP (or be eligible for PA licensure prior to start of appointment date) is required. For Nursing Leadership, a PA RN license is required prior to the start of the appointment. Candidates must be doctorally prepared (PhD, EdD, or DNP). Teaching experience either classroom or online is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities will include teaching courses (both classroom and online), supervising practicums, serving on committees, and advising students. This is a full-time, 36-week, fixed-term or multi-year appointment with full benefits and high likelihood of annual renewal.
