The Training Specialist is a member of the WorkLion Management Office (WMO), responsible for ongoing support and development of the Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll system including business process analysis, functional design, testing, training, communication, documentation, implementation and support. The Training Specialist is responsible for ongoing support and development of Workday training materials. The individual will work with stakeholder offices and the functional team to conduct training needs assessment and design and develop print based and web based training materials. The position will update and maintain the training materials, and ensure training quality control including templates, style guides, documentation, and review cycles. The position will provide training support for classroom and online training sessions, including registration system support, moderation for online training, training instances, and in room support as needed; evaluate training for effectiveness and accuracy, making appropriate changes based on feedback. The Training Specialist will assist in the rapid and thorough resolution of tickets in Service Now, evaluate and address accessibility requirement to ensure compliance, and analyze Workday update documents for training impact. This position is a self-starter who can work independently with little supervision, but also as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
