Responsible for all office reception duties. Serve as the first point of contact (in person or by phone) for students, faculty, staff, community providers and campus visitors. Provide information; determine needs; schedule, consult or refer; check-in clients and collect fees. Rotate through CAPS 3 locations, if needed. Maintain, monitor, and manage multiple schedules for 60+ staff members. Maintain multiple room schedules; manage electronic confidential records; maintain, edit and generate a variety of statistical reports from database. Maintain unit web page; monitor inventory and order office supplies. Assist with caseload assignment and management, the internship process and technology. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and must demonstrate sensitivity in working with a diverse constituency. Successful candidate will have organizational skills and flexibility in handling multiple tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and ERS/LionPATH is desirable. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date or hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
