Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, Office of Outreach and Continuing Education is seeking individuals with an interest in STEM topics, non-STEM topics, and sports programs to develop and instruct youth camps for students in grades 1-12. For most positions, an advanced degree in an appropriate discipline, from an accredited institution, is required. Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred. Camp curriculum must include hands on activities. The following areas are being considered: science, math, athletics, literature, technology, arts, and theatre. Camp programs can vary in number of days and hours per day. Multiple vacancies are available for various programs. Please submit a resume including any teaching experience and a cover letter stating the types of programs you are interested in teaching along with any ideas for programming. Summer camp instructors are needed for various programs from June through early August. There is flexibility in the determination of camp dates.
