Education Program Associate (Medicine Clerkship Coordinator)
The Medicine Clerkship Coordinator manages all aspects of the clerkship, including day to day scheduling and logistics, student assessment, program assessment, and performance tracking both longitudinally and across multiple sites. The coordinator will interface with enrolled students as well as affiliate site faculty and site coordinators to assist them in providing outstanding educational experiences for students. The coordinator will work strategically with the clerkship directors to engage in continuous quality improvement to maintain educational excellence within the course. The coordinator will provide support for programs that support students interested in Internal Medicine as a specialty. Necessary skills are the ability to multi-task, work well within a team, learn multiple online platforms related to course administration and assessment, troubleshoot day to day student concerns, and adapt to change. This job will be filled as a level 2, or level 3, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 2. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire.
