Description

The Outreach Information Technology (OIT) Desktop Services Team is looking for part-time Desktop Support Specialists to assist with day-to-day operations. The Desktop Services Team is responsible for a wide range of technologies, providing a wide range of opportunities. We have opportunities to focus on highly technical tasks, such as hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting. We also have a large number of tasks revolving around documentation, training, and communication. Regardless of the tasks you wish to focus on or the skills you wish to build, all successful applicants must be highly motivated and possess excellent customer service skills. The position is for up to 24 hours a week during the spring and fall semesters. Successful applicants may also choose to work 40 hours a week during the summer.
