Description

The Department of Education Policy Studies (EPS) seeks to hire one undergraduate student to fill a part-time wage Research Support position for the 2018 Spring semester. The Research Support person will assist an EPS faculty member with a research project focused on educational standards. The student researcher will mainly be responsible for the classification and analysis of content from academic standards documents published throughout the past century. Additional duties, such as photocopying, may also be assigned. The ideal candidate will be a student interested in either the study of education or history, though students from any major will be considered. The ideal candidate would also be one who can work well independently and who takes a systematic and methodical approach to research. The position will require a commitment of 10 hours a week.
