Penn State World Campus is seeking a proven Marketing Associate to join our team to help develop and execute the business to business (B2B), federal government, and military marketing and communications strategies for our portfolio of online programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, an appreciation for teambuilding/cross-functional collaboration, and proven ability to execute, optimize and analyze multiple traditional and digital advertising campaigns. This position will report directly to the Sr. Channel Marketing Associate for World Campus and will be working closely with the entire World Campus Brand and Program marketing teams. Within the marketing unit, you will work with an experienced team of marketing and web strategists, data analysts, and market research to develop, implement, and track data-driven marketing plans in order to achieve assigned enrollment goals for the World Campus. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred.
