Description

Perform a variety of customer service responsibilities for residential students, conference and camp participants, and visitors which may include a variety of duties, such as: Process all mail and packages, Handle forwarding mail. Distribute flyers to mailboxes. Issue and track residence hall room keys per guidelines and maintain key inventory. Submit work orders for core changes. Issue temporary ID cards. Process payments for various transactions using register system and maintain cash drawer. Sign-out 2 hour key forms, recreational equipment, recreational equipment, cleaning supplies, etc. Process Lost and Found items per University policy. Communicate policies and procedures to customers and student employees. Operate various equipment and computer systems. Typical work schedule is Thursday- Monday 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Tuesday, Wednesday off) with some variation for special events and summer operations. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
