The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who possesses the skills and demeanor necessary to support EPMO (including LionPath Development Maintenance Office, WorkLion Maintenance office, SIMBA (IBIS replacement) project, and future projects). Primary responsibilities include: answering the phone, process incoming and outgoing mail, arrange meetings, and maintain electronic calendars for conference rooms. This position will support project management office members with strong oral and written communication skills, be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate a genuine appreciation for working in a collaborative, team-based environment. This person will serve as a backup to other administrative staff in the office. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: managing building access, parking requests for staff and visiting consultants, AV/computer equipment, fax and copier supply and maintenance, ordering office supplies, processing various forms, taking and distributing minutes for committee meetings, arranging travel and processing travel reimbursements. Experience with Microsoft Office and UCS is preferred. Prior office experience is desired. Excellent interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail, as well as strong commitment to teamwork are preferred. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with strong possibility of re-funding.
