Incumbent will create dashboard reports to inform senior leadership that includes safety/quality, research/scholarship, community service, retention/engagement/inclusion, education, and financial management. Incumbent will improve the selection of data points, the process of harvesting data, and help message data strengths and limitations. Future tasks may include co-leading and co-managing high level portions of strategic planning in the college of medicine, with an emphasis on data grounded, measurable outcomes. Typical Work Duties: Manage the design, collection, retrieval and analysis of critical forecasting and performance data. Prepare written and/or verbal presentations or proposals on highly complex issues and deliver to a broad variety of audiences. Incumbent will work independently on highly complex or strategic issues, which may involve unusual circumstances, or highly confidential or conflicting data. Other tasks as needed. Comfort working with leading executive administrators in a successful environment is essential. Typically requires a Master's degree or higher plus five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. SPSS or SAS is essential. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire.
