Description

Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) at Penn State is seeking an energetic and experienced Futurist in Residence to lead the design and implementation of a new international program for identifying and disseminating key trends in learning technology. Responsibilities include developing a project plan for the program and constructing narratives to explain the value and use of trend information. Working in a fast paced and innovative environment, this position will involve fostering partnerships with high-level stakeholders, coordinating a diverse community of contributors, and develop a sustainable workflow for continued evolution of the project. The successful candidate will have experience designing and implementing conferences and events, building online communities, and developing content for print, online and digital media. Previous writing experience and above-average written and verbal communication skills are required. Typically requires a Bachelor`s degree or higher, plus four years of related experience.
