Description

The College of Agricultural Sciences Communications and Marketing unit invites applications for a part-time Intern for the Spring 2018 semester to assist in producing print and digital design for the creative services unit with supporting duties as assigned. The Design Intern will receive assignments, direction, and feedback from the creative services manager and senior designers. Applicants must be a current Penn State University Park junior or senior majoring in graphic design. Intern schedules are flexible and interns typically work 10 hours per week with some evening and weekend hours included. Must be available to work in the Ag Administration studio, with remote work possible on a per project basis. Must demonstrate responsibility and commitment to fulfilling assignments. Should be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. A portfolio and instructor recommendation are required for consideration. Continuation of internship for subsequent semesters contingent on performance.
