Housed within the Office of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Business, and reporting directly to the Associate Vice President for Finance and Business, the Organizational Change Management office (OCM) and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), are looking to hire a Data/Project Analyst to provide leadership and guidance related to data analysis and project management. OCM and ODI are looking for an intentional, driven, collaborative, and self-motivated individual with a passion for creating substantive, systematic, and systemic change at the institution. Duties of the successful candidate include, but may not be limited to: building and conducting studies, gathering and analyzing data from various databases and sources, developing and presenting reports/summaries to a wide variety of audiences. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of performing statistical programming and analysis as well as maintaining and utilizing databases as a means to effectively provide assistance to the OCM and ODI. The successful candidate will also be charged with interacting regularly with stakeholders and university affiliates while utilizing appropriate project management strategies for implementing requirements across a broad range of programs and initiatives. Of particular note, the successful candidate will be instrumental in the process of tracking, monitoring, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators across all Finance and Business units. This job will be filled as a level 3, or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 3. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
