The Office of Undergraduate Education seeks applications for an Administrative Support Coordinator 3 position. This position is responsible for supporting the Office of Undergraduate Education in generating reports; conducting surveys and other assessments related to the unit mission; supporting the undergraduate research program including arranging details for the annual undergraduate exhibition; coordinating details of the undergraduate research travel program and regularly communicating with campus and college representatives; drafting, proofreading and editing correspondence; and ensuring schedules are maintained and deadlines are met. In addition, this position provides primary administrative support for and will report to the Assistant Vice President and Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Education, as well as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Dean for Undergraduate Education. The selected applicant will maintain calendars, coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas and gather needed materials in preparation of meetings, record and distribute minutes; compile and maintain databases, files, and records; coordinate travel arrangements; be the primary office phone receptionist and point of contact for student issues; and assist with other duties as assigned. The selected applicant must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Consistent excellent quality, thoroughness of work, and a high degree of attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, respect and inclusion, be highly motivated and exhibit a high level of professionalism and collaboration, be able to independently manage multiple priorities, have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information. Excellent working knowledge of University student and business systems along with proficiency in Qualtrics and MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and web software is preferred.
