Financial Coordinator (Assistant Financial Officer)

Penn State Mont Alto is looking for an experienced Financial Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the financial operations of the Finance & Business Operations department. Including, but not limited to general, gift, and endowment funds. Coordinate budget implementation and manage authorizations. Review and approve all financial documents. Manage pay and effort; maintain financial controls as defined by policy. Responsible for all post-award grants and contracts financial administration. Review and assist with limited Human Resource actions, assist with position management. Assist Department Directors with processes for the Administrative area. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 4. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred.
