The Office of the University Registrar is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team. Responsibilities will include resolving registration issues for students from all Penn State locations, processing forms for re-enrollments, withdrawals, non-degrees, and administrative course cancellations, and assisting in the preparation of students for registration each semester. Must work with departments and campuses to resolve any issues related to these requests. Provide reports related to enrollment activities. Must determine when appropriate to refund late registration, late add, and drop fees and then take the appropriate actions to correct the situation. Assist in the training of campus Registrar’s and their staff as well as University Park college staff on how to use LionPATH for enrollment, re-enrollment, non-degree forms, and withdrawal forms. Responsible for maintaining quality customer service for all persons asking for assistance from the Enrollment Services Staff. These services include, but not limited to, processing of official and unofficial transcript requests, enrollment verifications, re-enrollment requests, academic renewal request, withdrawals, and any request related to course registration. Confer with students, parents, and staff regarding the policies related to academic renewal, re-enrollment, and registration. Responsible for resolving issues related to these procedures through negotiations with the Dean’s offices or other appropriate University offices. Responsible for the administration of procedures used for the collection of fees for re-enrollment and transcripts by the enrollment services staff. Responsible for maintaining strict standards for the preparing of and the accuracy of financial reports. Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee daily activities for the Enrollment Services team. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
