Description

Helpdesk Consultants are expected to provide excellent customer service to assist students, faculty, and staff with technical problems at the Helpdesk. Some example of typical job expectations includes printing ID cards, assisting with setting up Wi-Fi on personal devices, providing service to change passwords for access account, diagnosing technical issues, answering phone calls, and helping troubleshoot issues over the phone. Training will be provided to assist with specific software that will be used and is required to be able to use for this position. Consultants will be expected to document all work using the ticketing system service-now. This job requires approximately 10 hours of work a week. Work study is preferred but not required.
