Seeking a research project management professional with a background in operations, strategic, and project management, as well as experience in healthcare and educational settings. This position reports directly to, and operates under the direction of the Principal Investigator and provides leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of the project. This position will also be responsible for outreach efforts and will require significant travel. This position is responsible for the hiring, training, and management of employees to ensure a high-level of customer service. Responsible for the budgets and finances of the project and for marketing, strategy, and business planning activities. May participate in helping to secure external sources of funding and research as needed. The candidate should have a successful track-record of regional management. Will assist PI with implementation of strategies, plans, and budgets. Typically requires a Master's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree in business administration or management is preferred. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with possibility of re-funding.
