Description

The Office of the Vice President for Research is seeking up to three undergraduate student interns whose primary duties will be to provide assistance with proposal preparation and other pre-award activities. The successful candidate(s) will rotate amongst 4-5 college grants offices to assist with the various aspects of proposal submissions including: reviewing sponsor guidelines, completing applications, building budgets, preparing budget justifications, and reviewing submissions for compliance with University guidelines. Current students or recent graduates of an accredited accounting or business/management program preferred. The internships will be for 330 hours (approximately 28-32 hours per week) during an 11-12 week period starting in mid-March. The ideal candidate will be a conscientious team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. To be considered, please submit a resume and a cover letter.
