Description

The Penn State Abington Art Program (Abington PA) seeks part-time faculty for lecture and studio courses for the Spring 2018 term. Two sections of a lecture course surveying art history are needed: ART H 112 Renaissance to Modern Art, course description at http://bulletins.psu.edu/undergrad/courses/A/ART%20H/112/. Three sections of a combined studio/lecture course are needed: ART 001 Introduction to the Visual Arts, course description at http://bulletins.psu.edu/undergrad/courses/A/ART/001/. At Abington, this course is taught in studio with a class size of 20 and encompasses making, history, theory for the liberal arts student. A Master’s degree in the discipline is required.
