Enterprise Information Technology is seeking an energetic and experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to provide support for a member of our Senior Leadership Team. The role requires an extremely organized individual who displays a high level of professionalism and the ability to perform a wide variety of complex administrative functions in a busy team-oriented office environment. Some duties include, but are not limited to: extensive calendar management; coordinating travel requests; scheduling various meetings and/or conference calls; preparation of meeting materials; composing, editing and proofreading materials; processing travel expense reimbursements; greeting guests and general office support. Responsibilities will also include planning and promoting special events, as well as processing financial reports for senior leadership. The successful candidate must ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials when reviewing documents and performing processes related to coordination of personnel for the unit. This Administrative Coordinator will serve as liaison for the unit on necessary human resource and financial activities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to assess and assign priorities. A high commitment to customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction is a must. This position requires knowledge of financial, human resources, and office management. Proficiency is also required in standard computer applications and programs, email, calendaring and file management. Strong knowledge of University policies and procedures preferred. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
