The Farrell Center is also active in developing and launching new, cutting-edge educational programs for students and professionals, such as the new 33-credit online master’s degree in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship. Key responsibilities of the Clinical Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Innovation position include: teaching required and elective courses in the M&O Department’s Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIENT) Major for undergraduate students; teaching courses in Penn State’s intercollege Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minor; service to the M&O Department and Smeal College, including mentoring and advising CIENT major undergraduate students and supporting the Farrell Center’s programs and initiatives.
