The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg, School of Science, Engineering and Technology, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Mathematical Sciences, effective Fall Semester 2018. The position requires a Ph.D. in Statistics or Mathematics. Applicants with expertise in Statistics will be given priority. Candidates will be evaluated on teaching and research potential. Salary level commensurate with qualifications and experience. Teaching will include a broad range of undergraduate statistics and mathematics courses, including service courses for a growing and dynamic department. Penn State tenure-track faculty are expected to pursue and sustain scholarly research and publications; recruit and advise students; and contribute quality service to the University and the profession.
