We are seeking a full time Education Program Associate Level to assist with program coordination, technical assistance, and related services in the field of student affairs and health sciences professional education programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in program or project management and higher education. The ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, general computer skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and organization are critical for success. We value candidates who are forward-thinking, open-minded and flexible. Responsibilities include: Provide routine program logistics including scheduling and upkeep of academic rooms. Maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs. Solicit and evaluate feedback on the effectiveness of programs and activities. Assist in delivering training, programs and courses. Arrange meetings, coordinate special events, conferences, and other functions. Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of moderately complex projects including student orientation, wellness retreats. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in educational program support/administration.
