Duties include leading the creation of project definitions, budgets, work breakdowns, rough order estimates, project plans, communication plans and project schedules. This job will be filled as a level 2, or level 3, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Competencies critical to success include: a proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams, creatively manage competing priorities, plan and meet deadlines; demonstrate effective interpersonal and mentoring skills; ability to thrive in a team environment; and a commitment to life-long learning.
