Description

The Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University has an immediate opening for a part-time Instructor to teach a course in energy land law. The course is designed for students in the option in energy land management in the B.S. degree in energy business and finance. The Instructor must has expertise in ownership and rights in the mineral estate, the oil and gas lease, oil and gas contracts, and environmental regulation and liability in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will have a J.D. degree.
