Description

Support preparation of program agreements, grant writing initiatives, budgets, and related information. Provide routine program logistics/maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs. Serve as proxy for budget administrator. Coordinate and distribute course/program evaluations, communicate with clients on participant satisfaction metrics, analyze customer feedback for trends and discrepancies. Act as liaison with college and department contacts for approvals of courses and faculty. Manage faculty travel and reimbursement. Compile information and prepare reports. Provide marketing research on service/program area, competitor pricing, industry news, and networking opportunities. May create, update and maintain department website. May assist in budget preparation; compile data. Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
